(warning: there will be a lotttt of pictures! HEH)

I can’t believe I’ve been on Hiatus for that long!

Well, this is the route I choose to take, I jolly well follow it.

It annoys me how I’m taking advantage of this position I’m in now, when I was dying to do A levels last year. And here I am taking everything lightly. I’m getting so immune to staring back at results of a 3 out of 10 or would just be thankful for an E. I don’t know how the hell did I change my standards from days back from secondary school to now. It’s just really disappointing from my point of view. Maybe not only mine, but in my parents’ too. It’s almost like my grades are getting so similar to those students back in my secondary school who’d just “lepak” under void decks after school and would be heading to junction 8 to roam around be it exams time or normal school days. Not mentioning those junior girls who’d only carry a freaking PURSE to school! Yes, A PURSE. Like those with a space just for a mobile phone.

Since I’ve been on MIA mode for a great deal of time, I shall just recap it.

Last Last Saturday

I ended up going for the SMU flea market anyway, though I had pw till 5pm. But I guess the flea was waiting for me. Cheryl’s ankle was looking good despite the fall. HAHA CHERYL WILL FOREVER BE THE CLUMSY ONE, after Aqila that is. HAHA.

Surprisingly, we didn’t spend as much as we thought. It wasn’t that bad of a flea, but I guess we were more caught up with the fact that it’s the holidays so we were more of in the weekends mood. So we were making the trip to the market a fast-find-decide-pay-then-go-fast one. After it, we walked to town and had dinner. Aqila joined us afterwards.

OH, THIS. IS.FUNNY.

Cheryl: Yay, tmr get to see daughtry.

Aqila and I had eyes as wide as possible.

Aqila: Chris daughtry?!

Nurul: Chris D…. (BURPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!)

I SWEAR THE BURP WAS LOUD ENOUGH FOR ANYONE WALKING PAST TO TURN TO ME!

The girls even forgot they were talking about Daughtry and burst out laughing.

And so after that, we had the usual laughing and insane gas that hit us every other weekend & I’m gonna miss it a hell lot.

Peektures for theday:

The awesome minahs.

wooo, toilet bowls.

Woahhhhhh, how gorgeous girls!!!

Sunday

I woke up late for madrasah so I continued with chemistry studying. Then my father persuaded us to go for his little nephew’s birthday party in my uncle’s café. Knowing it’s been a long time since I last visited it, I decided to just tag along. How can I forget the venue that set out my modeling career?! Ha-ha. Well anyway, the whole afternoon was spent with the little cousins and their friends. Surrounded by the small kids really makes one’s day, try it. Then my cousins and I headed to esplanade library to have a quiet reading and studying time by the café.

And a good time with my family afterwards. I enjoy my weekends with them, seriously.

No matter how annoying they can be at times, I really enjoy their company. Those pure old sincere funs.

the sweethearts :)

Monday

Econs lesson was the bomb. ¾ of the class completely didn’t do the econs assignment so we had that ¾ of us to face the wall at the back of the class and finish them up. Having our class spirits up aye guys? (:

Chemistry test was a real toughie but somehow, I have more confidence in chemistry now cause of this exposure to the challenging questions.

Tuesday

My love for maths is back BUT I can’t do functions for nuts.

Gp lessons are getting strangely fun and engaging.

During pw lessons, my group got a room for our meeting which was supposedly sound-proof. So,

Jiasheng: Ehh I try to shout ah and you guys go out and try to see whether can hear not.

The moment Harith and I got out of the room,

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

It was no different to the scream of someone just a few metres away!

The whole library was shaken by his scream!

And we laughed it off when we got back inside the room.HAHAHA

Wednesday

Volleyball is still as fun as ever. BUT, I still can’t serve for nuts!

Touch rugby training in the afternoon was almost hell. And my stamina was almost negligible. The scorching sun wasn’t helping at allllll. Dehydration soon set in. I had to sit on the sidelines and watch the team train for around half an hour, an I totally hate that feeling. It was like watching some death match, worst still, you yourself aren’t there to share the pain and sweat. I joined them soon and got a hang off some of the new strategy.

Touch Rugby’s trainings are really worthwhile nowadays (:

Thursday

From Wednesday’s leg cramps, I sat out for pe. It was kinda relaxing though to be sitting on the high chair between the volleyball court while keeping scores. And again, a very interesting Gp debate with Mr Tan.

Friday

Let’s see, I actually planned to go for the usual Friday routine of heading to rp to study and meet my bitch. But I was too darn beat out to travel that far, and in this case, my legs were too lethargic from a whole week of usage, so I had Hanis, Huda and Farah over to my place for a single movie; Ayat-ayat cinta. I still think this movie has very gorgeous meanings behind it. There’s abundant of motives and moral of the stories that will have you pondering why aren’t we seeing life in that perspective. My personal favourite would have to be this, “ There’s a difference between loving someone with all your heart and having the ability to own/be with him” It’s a sentence that don’t seem to be present in this modern society, and it’s a really saddening fact.

ANYWAY, here are the minah girls! HOHO.

p.s. just look at farah! HAHA Her eyes are GLUED onto the screen!

HAHAHA. nahhhh farah! no more cobwebs alrdy! HEHE

After the girls left, the three of us met my parents in vivo and had one of the best meals in chicken rice shop! AND AND, they were ALLL in the mood for my favourite sport! My lucky day or what ?

As conservative as they can be, i still love them a truckloads!

& you wouldn't want to know how much we spent on that day itself! HAHA.

200 bucks in one receipt? hmmm.

Even my dad's in the shopping mood!

This boy here is growing, mind you.

Saturday

So this recent Saturday was a touch rugby day! I woke up pretty early, being all butterflied-up! I couldn’t even sleep well the night before thinking about the matches on that Saturday! In the end, I got up, bathed and got change though it was still pretty early. I thought of reaching stadium early and just study physics at the grandstand, like how I did so last year! It worked you know! So anyway, I came late with the rest though! Despite being late according to our captain’s watch, we were practically the first team that arrived! We had the usual gossips, laughs and just having fun while waiting for our game. Once the matches started, the tense surroundings started to call for its turn. Pressure to win, pressure to play well and pressure to be in high sprits. And I’m glad to announce that we managed to succumb to the pressure and bring home Plate Champions!

I’m really proud of them all! Even the guys did well too. I’m glad I’m in this cca. I’m not an expert in this game at all, but we’re all trying to and we’ll not let Frankie down! After the competition, most of us bought some dinner and had a really longgg dinner cum talks in civics. Man, I’m gonna miss this once exams starts!

& we got it!(:

IJC touch rugby '08-Plate champs

& we love you Yani and Sarah!(:

They're the bestttttttt

Sunday

It was madrasah and home day for me, while I mug for the physics test the very next day.

& oh, I got an unexpected call then. It really was a sudden move made so I’ll applaud him for it (:

Monday

Physics testttttttttttttt. I actually THINK I can at least scrape through this test with an E. At least I hope so! If not, goodbye jc life. Goodbye.

Tuesday

The main highlight has got to be Gp tutorial when we watched Hotel Rwanda. I swear, it’s a darn good movie! I’ve seen it before but it didn’t make much an impact back then, compared to now. I actually understood the meaning of everything during the tutorial. The meaning of sacrifice for the loved ones. I can’t believe there were human beings having the balls to kill even women and children in cold blood! I never knew sadists of that extent actually exist in this world.

Wednesday

This was the day I never realized how active I really am! Had volleyball for pe. Despite there being no touch rugby training, I still stayed back, contemplating if I should stay back and watch the guy’s soccer match. Since I saw many touch ruggers playing a game of fun touch, I changed up to my attire again to join them for awhile. I ended up just tossing the rugby ball around. Later, jie ling and I caught Cheryl in action with floor ball. Woah, she was on the rollllll. Not mentioning her coach, who practically had optimum skill with the floorball game. Soon after, I got bored and we joined Wena, Aqila, Razi and the rest for basketball. I didn’t know I had THAT much skill I swearrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. I could shoot a 2 pointer/ 3 pointer! HAHA and I don’t even know the difference!! In the end, I played with them and also caught up with Razi about the sp dinner and dance last year! Hahaha and thoughts of joining Nashrul in SP. HAHA see you there mr ayam penyet Hater! Then, after that, ran for awhile. Soon after, caught with the rest of ruggers, soccer girls and track people to watch the guy’s soccer match; 0812C vs free-for-all team. & I’m proud of my class of course for drawing with them! Awesome job people!(:

Though I didn’t really watch the game cause soon after the match started, it got really dark and I swear I couldn’t even see where the ball was going!!! OH WELL.

I had no training, but I had the usual leg cramps and sore. How ironic.

Thursday

& today, I had the long-time-never-see gastric flu! Bravo Nurul! I wasted 14 bucks on a cab fare that soon had me realized what a total waste it was since my family doctor was closed after all. What a turnoff. Polyclinic was a lot cheaper, and I had no idea!

“ Do you smoke?” question by the doc was the ultimate event of the day. UH HELLO, the world would end if I do. Smoking and Nurul seemed to be childhood enemies. If cigars were alive, I’d definitely be discriminating against them. My friends would have already known how much I hate that nicotine cum shits-filled thing. Especially after knowing it was the significant cause for my beloved grandad’s departure. Need I explain further?

Rini came over today and I made a bet with her. If ONE DAY, JUST ONE DAY, when SOMEHOW, my brain has stopped functioning for SOME PATHETIC REASON, and I were to just PUFF ONCE, she could have ALLLLL my clothes! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM. Yes, I mean it.

Friday

School, national day celebration, LALALA, now home, changing soon to meet people

*WINKS*

Happy national day people!(:
